One consolidated revision round per post within the agreed concept. Filming, daily Stories, paid ads, inbox management and additional content are quoted separately. Each month is agreed and paid upfront. No automatic renewal.

What is included?
One website using a standard Shopify theme, with up to five core pages and three product or service listings, standard checkout or a booking link, mobile layout checks and one 45 minute kickoff and one 45 minute handover call. Includes two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed brief and corrections to errors in my delivered work reported within 14 days of handover. You supply approved copy, assets and product files. Custom apps, integrations, copywriting, ongoing maintenance and third party fees are quoted separately.
Website, offer and launch setup
For someone who also needs the offer positioned and the sales and launch copy written.

The defined website build, plus one primary offer, its sales page copy and three launch emails.
What is included?
The defined website build above, plus positioning and copy for one primary offer, one sales page within the five page allowance, three launch emails supplied for your email platform, and one 60 minute offer planning call. Includes two consolidated revision rounds on the offer and launch copy. Email platform setup, email sending, paid ads, ongoing content and additional offers are quoted separately.
Final scope, costs and delivery dates are agreed before payment. Third party fees are separate.
What happens between the brief and handover?
- Scope and readiness. We agree the pages, listings, features, costs and delivery dates before payment. You supply the required copy, assets, product files and access.
- Offer and copy, where included. The launch package includes positioning for one offer, its sales page copy and three launch emails. The standalone build uses your approved copy.
- Build and review. I build the agreed site. You review it and send consolidated feedback within the two included revision rounds.
- Mobile checks and handover. I complete the agreed mobile layout checks and handover call. Corrections to errors in my delivered work reported within 14 days are included.
We agree your project dates around the scope and when your material is ready. A new launch and an existing store rebuild need their own brief.
What if I sell downloads, merchandise or need extra integrations?
Tell me how the product should be delivered when you enquire. We confirm digital delivery, fulfilment connections, booking tools and any existing store work in the written scope before payment. Custom integrations, extra implementation and third party fees are quoted separately.

One clarification reply is included within seven days of receiving the plan. Implementation, ongoing support and additional calls are quoted separately. Give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.

Project support, revisions and payment
For content management and website projects, communication stays in one agreed email thread. Replies within two business days, Monday to Friday, Thailand time, excluding public holidays. A revision round means one collected feedback list within the approved brief. New concepts, extra pages, additional products and scope changes need a separate quote. I correct errors in agreed delivery without using your revision allowance. Your supplied assets, access and approvals determine the agreed production schedule. Revised dates are confirmed in writing if those are delayed.
All prices are USD. New ongoing engagements start at $2,000. Project fees and each service period are paid upfront after scope is agreed. Fighter Freedom System also offers the fixed monthly payment options shown above. Shopify, domains, themes, apps, advertising and other third party fees are paid separately. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Existing client agreements
These rates and delivery terms apply to new agreements from 29 October 2026. Existing signed agreements, agreed payment schedules and delivery commitments continue on their original terms.
