Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, production and fulfillment times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated by email.
Shipping & Carriers
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including but not limited to:
- DHL eCommerce / DHL Global Mail
- UPS
- DPD
- Amazon last-mile delivery (where applicable)
Carrier selection and routing are determined automatically based on destination and fulfillment location.
Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once an order has been marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Delivery confirmation may include:
- Carrier tracking marked “Delivered”
- Delivery scan at destination
- Delivery to front door, porch, mailbox, or designated safe place
Muay Thai Stoic is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but later claimed as missing, stolen, or misplaced.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Muay Thai Stoic is not responsible for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to address errors
- Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer
Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered correctly fulfilled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located:
- Customers must first contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation
- We may assist by providing tracking details upon request
Claims for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Customs, Duties & International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
- Photo evidence is provided
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing or preference
- Packages confirmed as delivered
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Filing a chargeback for an order that has been successfully delivered constitutes friendly fraud.
We actively dispute all chargebacks using:
- Carrier delivery confirmation
- Address verification
- Fulfillment records
- Timestamped tracking data
Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently blacklisted from future purchases.
